Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Easton, MD

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows considered
- Prior experience or training in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Implement IEP goals and monitor progress through detailed documentation
- Provide consultative support for teachers and family members to enhance student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment that motivates students to develop essential communication skills
