Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA, with all credentials up to date
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations, K-8 preferred
- School-based therapy background advantageous but not required
- Passion for helping children overcome communication challenges
- Effective communication and collaborative skills with teachers, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Maintain progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families for student success
