Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services to students ages Pre-K through 12th grade
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational programs
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
