Key Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility required
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiastic team player comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication skills
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, assessment results, and treatment plans
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professionally to student support discussions
