Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid SLP license in the state of Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop, implement, and document Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, maintain progress records, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure each student’s needs are met
- Consult with classroom teachers and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning for student success
- Provide guidance and support for staff regarding speech and language strategies within the classroom
