Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and valid SLP license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school settings with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop, implement, and document Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, maintain progress records, and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure each student’s needs are met
  • Consult with classroom teachers and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning for student success
  • Provide guidance and support for staff regarding speech and language strategies within the classroom
