What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Virginia (VA SLP License)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or in progress of completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience supporting students in a school environment is highly valued
- Dedicated to working onsite; virtual/remote services are not available
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What Your Role Will Involve:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students according to their IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate and consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation aligned with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP and team meetings as needed throughout the year
