Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLPA
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
- Comfort managing K-12 student needs across various speech and language disorders
- Ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively with students, educators, and parents
- Strong commitment to supporting individual education plans (IEPs)
- Reliable, organized, and proactive approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all services provided
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with assessments as needed
- Implement evidence-based interventions and adjust strategies as required
- Work onsite at assigned school locations, with SLPA supervision provided virtually by an SLP
