School Speech Language Pathologist - Culpeper, Virginia

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia SLP licensure required
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus, but not required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
- Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of middle and high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and communicate with parents and school personnel
- Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor student outcomes
- Provide consultation to teachers and staff regarding speech and language development
- Maintain accurate and timely student records in accordance with school district and professional guidelines
Role Details:
- 35 hours per week, regular daytime school hours
- Onsite position serving students on campus each day
- Collaborate in a supportive, multidisciplinary educational setting
