Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Virginia SLP licensure required
- Experience in school settings or with adolescent populations preferred
- Ability to work onsite, 35 hours per week
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering student growth and supporting diverse learners
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to middle and high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting a variety of communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and family members to support student learning and progress
- Maintain accurate service records and contribute to IEP meetings as a key team member
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary for optimal results
- Deliver services in compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting a positive, inclusive environment
