Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLPs
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to professional growth and compassion for student success
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to students across K-12 settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Track and report progress in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other therapy professionals
- For SLPAs: work under the supervision and guidance of a virtual SLP
