Autism Specialist | Saint Peter, Minnesota

This engaging position is centered on delivering services to a diverse caseload during the academic year—without required summer hours! Enjoy a flexible 30-32 hour workweek across four days, with both Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday schedules available based on your preference. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through June 6, 2025, with the exciting possibility of renewal for the following school year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, SLP-CF, SLPA, Autism Specialist, or Special Education Teacher
- Experience supporting students with autism and/or special education needs
- Comfortable working across multiple school sites
- Highly organized with excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement tailored therapy plans for students in grades K–8
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and administrators across two schools
- Deliver both direct and consultative SLP services aligned with IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in team meetings
- Actively contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
