This role spans 30-32 hours weekly, with a flexible four-day schedule—choose from Monday through Thursday or a traditional Monday through Friday, tailored to fit your preferences. You’ll work the academic year, starting as soon as possible and concluding June 6, 2025, with no summer hours and the exciting possibility of renewal for the 2025-2026 school year.
If you’re an SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or a licensed SLPA, your expertise, and passion for student success will be highly valued in this welcoming environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active license or eligibility as SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA in Minnesota
- Background in autism support and special education, ideally K-8th grade
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across two sites
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech-language intervention and assessment for students with autism and related needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals and collaborate closely with special education teams
- Deliver direct therapy in both individual and small-group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment across both sites
