What we’re seeking:
- Current or eligible Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates
- Experience or enthusiasm for pediatric, school-based settings
- Familiarity with both individual and group therapy methods
- Commitment to documentation and compliance with IEPs and school procedures
- Adaptability for working in either single or multiple elementary school environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans

- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Attending IEP meetings and contributing to team decisions
