Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license, eligible for practice in schools
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders across various age groups
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Ability to collaborate with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of speech and language therapy to students, with an emphasis on elementary-aged learners
- Evaluating and tracking student progress; providing comprehensive assessments and reports
- Developing and implementing effective IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Participating in meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Educating and supporting school staff and families regarding student goals and strategies
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant school and regulatory guidelines
