Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) - Henderson, Minnesota

Position Details:
- Support K-8 student caseloads at two school sites near Henderson, MN
- Flexible scheduling with 30–32 hours per week, working 4 days (Mon–Thur) or, if preferred, across 5 days (Mon–Fri)
- Assignment runs ASAP through June 6, 2025, with no required summer hours
- Potential for contract renewal for the 2025–2026 school year
- Open to SLPs, Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minnesota SLP license (or proof of eligibility for licensure)
- Experience or specialized interest in autism spectrum disorder and special education
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- An adaptable, positive, and student-focused mindset
- Ability to travel between two sites regularly within the workweek
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, focusing on communication, social skills, and academic supports
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, specialized staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
