Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist in Henderson, MN

Key Qualifications:
- State licensure as an SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA (required)
- Experience or passion for working with children on the autism spectrum and diverse learning profiles
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual student needs
- Previous work in school settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates encouraged to apply
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-8th grade students across two school sites
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress assessments
- Provide support, guidance, and resources to students, families, and educational staff
- Maintain detailed and timely student records and documentation
- Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and IEP conferences
