Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist in Oakdale, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- California SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly within school or healthcare environments
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students as needed
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) tailored to student needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address communication challenges
- Maintain detailed records of progress and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary planning
