Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or eligibility
- CCC-SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLP with pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Skilled in providing therapy services for school-aged children
- Experience working within healthcare or educational settings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to in-person service delivery for the duration of the school year
- Passion for helping students succeed in their academic environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide mentorship and support for SLP-CFYs if experienced
