Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in school-based and teletherapy service delivery.
- Experience working with children aged birth to 5 preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with young children and families.
- Current licensure to practice as an SLP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in home and school environments.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted, individualized treatment plans.
- Provide teletherapy services, using virtual tools to engage and instruct young children.
- Consult with parents, caregivers, and educators to share strategies for carryover and growth.
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of all services.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure integrated support for each child.
