Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for Connecticut
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in school-based and/or healthcare pediatric settings preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Collaborative spirit for working with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services and consultation for K-12 students
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school requirements
- Participate in case conferences and support multidisciplinary planning
