Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Big Lake, MN

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP-CCC certification
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience with early childhood populations (birth to five)
- Comfortable conducting therapy in both home and school settings, with teletherapy skills preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to create a supportive, engaging atmosphere for young children and their families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals for children ages birth to five
- Deliver evidence-based intervention in homes and preschool environments
- Provide teletherapy services as appropriate
- Document progress, maintain compliance with requirements, and complete timely reports
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, teachers, and related service providers
- Participate in IFSP/IEP meetings and assist families in understanding and engaging in the intervention process
