What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed (or eligible) as an SLP in Minnesota
- Experience providing therapy to children ages birth to 5, including home-based early intervention and preschool settings
- Skilled in teletherapy and in-person services, with strong communication and rapport-building abilities
- Familiarity with IEP process, early intervention, and family support preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy for children from birth to age 5 in both home and center-based environments
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational staff to tailor therapeutic plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and necessary documentation
- Adapt seamlessly between virtual and on-site therapy sessions as needed
