Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - Elk River, Minnesota

Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active or eligible Minnesota SLP license
- Experience or strong interest in working with children from birth to five years old
- Skilled in providing therapy both in-person (including home visits) and via teletherapy platforms
- Familiarity with the needs of preschool-aged children and family-centered intervention models
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
What you’ll do:
- Provide engaging, targeted speech and language therapy to children ages 0-5 in both home visit and preschool environments
- Use evidence-based practices to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress and support carryover
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet school and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the evaluation process, participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, and communicate student progress effectively
- Use teletherapy modalities as needed to reach children and families in various settings
