Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Monticello, MN

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Minnesota
- Experience working with children from birth to five years old, preferably in both home visit and preschool environments
- Proficient with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with families, caregivers, and early childhood teams
- Ability to tailor interventions for a range of developmental needs and settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to children from infancy through age five in both school and home settings
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, and social skills
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required evaluations and reports
- Engage families in the therapeutic process to support carryover of learning and promote skill development at home
- Collaborate with other early childhood professionals to provide coordinated care
