Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Monticello, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Demonstrated experience working with early childhood (birth to five) populations
- Background in delivering both in-person and teletherapy services
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with families and education professionals
- Familiarity with therapy documentation and IEP/IFSP processes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in young children
- Provide therapy in both home and preschool settings to meet individual student needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, adjusting as needed for student progress
- Engage and educate families for optimal at-home practice and reinforcement
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to assessments and educational planning
- Maintain organized records and required documentation for each child served
