School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time | Minneapolis, MN | 2026-2027 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area for the 2026-2027 school year.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population while providing both direct therapy services and comprehensive speech-language evaluations. The selected clinician will join a collaborative educational team and play a key role in supporting student communication and academic success.

Position Details

• Full-time position (37.5+ hours per week)
• 2026-2027 school year
• Consistent school-day schedule
• One primary school location
• Caseload of approximately 45-60 students
• Opportunity to serve students across PreK-12 grade levels
• Hybrid service delivery model supporting both in-person and online learners

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Complete progress reports, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed

Student Population

The selected SLP will support a diverse caseload of students ranging from preschool through high school. Students may present with a variety of communication needs, including:

• Articulation and phonological disorders
• Expressive and receptive language disorders
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Social communication deficits
• Fluency disorders
• AAC needs and other communication challenges

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology License
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
