School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time | Minneapolis, MN | 2026-2027 School Year
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area for the 2026-2027 school year.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population while providing both direct therapy services and comprehensive speech-language evaluations. The selected clinician will join a collaborative educational team and play a key role in supporting student communication and academic success.
Position Details
- Full-time position (37.5+ hours per week)
- 2026-2027 school year
- Consistent school-day schedule
- One primary school location
- Caseload of approximately 45-60 students
- Opportunity to serve students across PreK-12 grade levels
- Hybrid service delivery model supporting both in-person and online learners
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Complete progress reports, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
Student Population
The selected SLP will support a diverse caseload of students ranging from preschool through high school. Students may present with a variety of communication needs, including:
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Expressive and receptive language disorders
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Social communication deficits
- Fluency disorders
- AAC needs and other communication challenges
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
