Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Anoka, MN

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience in early childhood or preschool (birth to age five) settings
- Strong skill set in direct, teletherapy, and school-based SLP services
- Ability to conduct home visits as part of service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for children birth to five
- Conduct both home visits and work with preschoolers within educational settings
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, effective care
- Track progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt services for in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed
