Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience in early childhood or preschool (birth to age five) settings
  • Strong skill set in direct, teletherapy, and school-based SLP services
  • Ability to conduct home visits as part of service delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for children birth to five
  • Conduct both home visits and work with preschoolers within educational settings
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, effective care
  • Track progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Adapt services for in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed
