Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist - Anoka, MN

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with early childhood populations, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Experience or comfort with delivering both in-person and teletherapy sessions
- Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to travel locally for some home visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for children ages birth to five
- Provide direct therapy services according to student IEPs and IFSPs
- Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver engaging remote sessions as needed
- Communicate progress and strategies to families and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across home and school settings
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services provided
