Bilingual School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Ventura, California

Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license required
- Completed a full school year of experience as an SLPA, ideally in a school environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Spanish proficiency is a must)
- Comfortable supporting K-6 students
- Experience with mild to moderate caseloads
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support the assessment, intervention, and documentation of speech and language progress
- Assist with developing and adapting therapeutic materials for student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SLPs, and classroom staff
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and help ensure compliance with all program guidelines
- Foster positive relationships with students and contribute to a supportive learning environment
