Qualifications:
- Must be a certified SLPA with an active license in California
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Minimum of one full school year’s SLPA experience in a K-12 setting
- Experience managing an average SLP caseload of 55, K-6, mild to moderate
Responsibilities:
- Support SLPs in delivering therapy to students in grades K-6
- Provide skilled intervention for students with mild to moderate communication needs
- Conduct group and individual therapy, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
