- Experience managing caseloads of approximately 55 students, focusing on mild to moderate needs
Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans tailored to meet each student’s communication goals
- Maintain organized daily documentation for sessions and progress data
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and SLPs to foster student growth
- Provide bilingual communication for Spanish-speaking students and families
- Adapt strategies to accommodate a dynamic classroom setting across K-6 grades
- Monitor student progress and share insights with supervising SLP and educational staff
