In this full-time itinerant role, you will support K-12 students and work closely with a virtual SLP, serving a wide range of needs from extensive support for young learners (TK-4) to regional deaf and hard-of-hearing programs, state preschool, and elementary-aged students. You’ll benefit from exposure to a variety of evidence-based practices and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across multiple campus settings—all while enjoying student-based hours that allow for meaningful downtime.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license/certification in California
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability working with diverse student populations (TK-12)
- Comfort with virtual collaboration and flexibility in itinerant roles
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services under SLP supervision across multiple education sites
- Work with individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Support students from state preschool through upper elementary, including regional deaf/hard-of-hearing populations
- Travel between assigned campuses as needed
