School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Puyallup, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for a Washington SLPA license
- Able and willing to complete OSPI fingerprinting requirements
- Experience in a middle school environment is preferred, but not required if familiar with middle school populations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both on-site and remote team members
- Passion for empowering students to achieve communication goals in an educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students as directed by the supervising SLP via teletherapy
- Implement individualized education plans and track student progress
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support each student's communication needs
- Prepare materials and activities that enhance learning outcomes
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services provided
