Qualifications:
- Valid WA SLPA licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Fingerprinting through OSPI (or willingness to complete upon hire)
- Preferred: Experience with middle school students, but open to candidates with interest and understanding of this age group
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services at a middle school
- Collaborate with a virtual SLP regarding caseload management for 35-40 students
- Implement and document therapy sessions under SLP supervision
- Participate in school team meetings and contribute to overall student success
