School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Lakewood, Washington

Qualifications & Experience:
- Washington SLPA licensure required, or willingness to obtain WA licensure and complete OSPI fingerprinting
- Experience working with middle school students preferred but not mandatory—eager candidates familiar with this age group are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work collaboratively with a virtual supervising SLP
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language support services under the supervision of a virtual SLP
- Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals for middle school students
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
- Participate in virtual meetings, planning, and ongoing training as needed
