School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lebanon, Pennsylvania

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a high school or school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized interventions for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes, progress reports, and other required documentation
- Participate in student support and IEP meetings with parents, teachers, and inter-disciplinary teams
- Foster a positive learning environment that supports student growth and participation
