Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience delivering speech/language therapy in a school setting, especially with high school populations
- Skilled in individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds
