Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP licensure and ability to practice in the state
- Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY professionals with a passion for the school setting
- Previous experience in high school or adolescent populations preferred
- Strong clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative team player who adapts well in a school environment
What You'll Do:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to high school-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress assessments
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Attend meetings and consult with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings as appropriate for student needs
