Your qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLPA license required
- Previous school-based experience highly valued
- Familiarity working with K-12 populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with onsite and remote staff
- Flexibility to adapt to multiple school settings and caseload needs
Core duties:
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Support assessment and data collection activities
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs and special education teams
- Participate in—or prepare materials for—IEP meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
- Engage positively with students, staff, and families
