Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Oregon SLPA license
- Experience in a school-based setting (K-12 preferred)
- Capable of managing a diverse student caseload across multiple locations
- Skilled in delivering direct therapy services and supporting IEPs
- Strong communication abilities and flexibility working with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with school policies
- Ability to start as soon as possible and complete the contract through early June
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students as assigned by supervising SLP
- Track and document student progress according to educational requirements
- Attend IEP meetings as needed and collaborate with educational team members
- Support implementation of personalized communication plans
- Foster positive student engagement in therapy activities
- Ensure accurate data collection and compliance with IEP goals
- Travel between up to three assigned school locations as needed
This role offers a consistent 37.5-hour full-time schedule, with interviews conducted via Zoom for your convenience and quick decision turnaround within 24-48 hours of interviewing.
