Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group speech-language support to students on an established caseload
- Collaborate closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, and families
- Document student progress and communicate regularly with IEP teams
- Adapt therapy plans and techniques to individual student needs
- Carry out direct treatment activities in both elementary and high school settings
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLPA license or eligible for licensure in Oregon
- Experience or strong interest in working in pediatric or school-based settings
- Ability to travel among different school sites as required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) is a plus
- Positive, energetic approach to helping students reach their communication goals
