Key Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLPA license or Oregon SLP license (CFY candidates welcome)
- Previous experience in school or healthcare settings preferred
- Comfortable providing direct and indirect speech-language services under an SLP supervisor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ready to adapt to elementary-age caseloads and multiple sites as needed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver typical SLPA duties by offering direct services to students under SLP supervision
- CFY candidates will provide both direct and indirect interventions, guided closely by an experienced SLP
- Tailor support to each student's IEP goals, collaborating with staff and families
- Participate in meetings, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to a positive learning environment
- Navigate school-specific onboarding, including fingerprinting and necessary training
