Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience or comfort working in 1:1 pediatric therapy settings
- Previous school-based work (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication, flexibility, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students across three small, supportive schools
- Support 1:1 therapy sessions, tracking and documenting student progress
- Collaborate with SLPs, classroom staff, and families
- Travel between school sites as needed (all within a small district area)
