Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current SLPA licensure or eligibility in Oregon
- Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred
- Strong interpersonal abilities and excellent communication skills
- Proven organizational skills to manage an itinerant schedule
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families
- Reliable transportation for travel between three school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language interventions designed in partnership with supervising SLP
- Work one-on-one and in small groups to help students meet their communication goals
- Support and document progress to ensure compliance with IEP requirements
- Engage in regular communication with educational staff and families
- Adapt to changing schedules as you serve multiple sites each week
- Assist in preparing materials and maintaining accurate records
