Key Qualifications:
- SLPA certification issued in California for at least one year
- Previous experience within a school district setting
- Demonstrated ability to work with students requiring extensive support
- Proficiency in data collection and progress monitoring
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly valued (not mandatory)
- Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices preferred
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary-aged students
- Collect data and track student progress for program development and reporting
- Support students with a wide range of communication needs, including those requiring significant assistance
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and supervising clinicians to implement IEP goals
- Maintain timely documentation and support the overall mission to facilitate student success
