Pediatric School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Fall River Mills, California

What You’ll Do:
- Provide both individual and small-group speech therapy services under the direct and indirect supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment plans focused on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Track and document student progress to ensure effective intervention
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and other related service professionals
- Support with the implementation of IEP goals and service delivery
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and organizational expectations
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting
- Active SLPA license or registration in the state
- Ability to work collaboratively under SLP supervision
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Experience in school-based environments is a plus, though not required
