School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Cupertino, California
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students across two elementary schools and one middle school. This full-time, in-person contract position begins immediately and continues through the entire school year. Designed for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you’ll help foster students’ growth on a schedule that sees you at one campus three days per week and the other two campuses one day each.

Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or certification in California
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, educators, and families
- Ability to adapt to multiple school environments in a single week
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized speech-language therapy plans as directed by supervising SLPs
- Work closely with educators and support staff to facilitate student progress
- Document therapy sessions, monitor student outcomes, and report findings as required
- Support students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce language, communication, and social skills
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices
