Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Washington, District of Columbia

Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
- Understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
- Comfortable working full-time on-site (not a virtual/telepractice position)
- Able to start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
