Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Prior experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
  • Understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site (not a virtual/telepractice position)
  • Able to start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
