Qualifications & Experience:
- SLP or experienced SLPA with active credentials
- Demonstrated experience in school-based speech/language therapy or clinical pediatric settings

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care to students
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Conduct direct therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP, if appropriate
- Collect data and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Support development of materials and activities that aid student engagement and success
