Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language interventions to students under supervision of a licensed SLP (if SLPA)
- Assist with case management tasks including documentation and progress reports
- Implement therapy plans and adapt activities as needed to individual student needs
- Collaborate actively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates and feedback
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school and district policies
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented, student-centered atmosphere
