Two contract positions are available for SLPAs eager to support K-12 students across multiple school sites in an engaging, collaborative environment. What You'll Do:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individualized educational plans, tracking progress toward IEP goals
- Maintain organized documentation and update student records regularly
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Participate in paid team meetings and utilize dedicated administrative/indirect time for planning and paperwork
- Travel to assigned sites within the local area to serve your student caseload
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Associate degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, or a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible SLPA licensure/credential in Colorado (CDE credentialing required)
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
- Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to work across multiple campuses
