Your Role:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document progress toward IEP goals
- Keep student records organized and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Attend team meetings and use paid administrative time to manage planning and paperwork
- Travel between local school sites to provide comprehensive support to assigned students
About You:
- Associate degree as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders
- Active SLPA license or eligibility for SLPA credentials in Colorado (state credentialing to be confirmed)
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric clients highly valued
- Skilled communicator with adaptability and strong teamwork abilities
- Comfortable managing responsibilities across multiple campuses
