Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Carry out individualized treatment plans, ensuring accurate documentation of student progress toward IEP goals
- Keep student records organized and communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Participate in paid team meetings and utilize allocated administrative hours for ongoing planning and paperwork
- Travel locally between multiple school sites to meet the needs of your caseload
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, or a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible SLPA license/credentials for Colorado (CDE credential requirements to be confirmed)
- Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate across various school teams
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work across multiple locations
