- Successful completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Active state licensure as an SLPA
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implementing documented treatment plans and therapy strategies
- Collecting and recording progress data to support ongoing IEP goals
- Collaborating with teachers and other educational specialists to support student success
- Assisting with the preparation of therapy materials and activities
- Documenting therapy sessions according to school and district guidelines
