Desired Qualifications:
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates will be considered
- Experience delivering therapy in an educational setting or with school-aged children
- Solid understanding of IEP processes, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy services to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions, maintain records, and report on student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and revisions
- Offer support and training to teachers and staff regarding communication strategies and best practices
